  Quirk In Action

The first time I saw Quirk was at an agility trial in St. Louis, Mo., last fall.  The more I watched this little fellow, the more I was captivated.  He was fast, methodical and steady.  There was just something really special about him to say the least.  He reminded me of how my Rose works.  I just had to find his handler and ask what his breeding was.

Well...I should have known, in talking later with his owner/handler Mickey Rabeneck, I found out that Quirk was bred by Joyce Norris (Norwood), out of Flirt by Toss.  No wonder I recognized him - he is out of some of the same foundation dogs as my Rose.

Quirk has a quiet temperament but is ready to go at a moments notice.  I was so excited when Mickey and I decided that we needed to pursue a breeding.  These 2 outstanding Border Collies should produce some truly phenomenal babies.
