If you are interested in obtaining a Patriot puppy, the information below will

give you an idea of what our process is in placing our puppies.

Welcome.... to the Patriot Hill Farm Puppy Inquiry page.  If you would like more information about how to obtain a puppy from one of our upcoming litters, please read the paragraph below.

Due to the overwhelming interest in Patriot litters, I do not promise any puppy to any individual until until I make a final selection as to which puppy(ies) I may keep in my own training/breeding program.   The puppies will be aptitude tested and evaluated (using the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test format at the 49th day of age).   If the stud service contract stipulates a puppy for the owner of the sire, then that owner will get first pick after I make my breeding program selection.

When the Puppies are 4 weeks old I will begin accepting Puppy Applications (see the Application and Puppy Contracts links below).  If you are interested in obtaining a Patriot puppy, just print and complete the application.   You must be 18 years or older to be eligible to purchase a puppy from Patriot Hill Farm.  Send or email the application to Patriot Hill Farm, Jana Brady, 605 Mt. Olivet Church Rd, Elkton. VA 22827.  Submission of an application package DOES NOT guarantee a puppy offer.

The purpose of the Application is get some information about you and what you are looking for in a puppy and why you want a Patriot puppy.  I will use this information solely to try to match your desires with the right puppy for you.   Once I make a recommendation to you for a particular puppy, you may decline or accept.  In many cases, I prefer to place puppies with established performance handlers.  Keep in mind that my puppies come from proven obedience, agility and herding lines so the puppy that you apply for will need a career in addition to being a family dog.  If you have previously earned performance titles on another dog, please be sure to put that on your application so that I can make a more suitable match.

In order to be fair with everyone that has expressed a strong desire to have a puppy from a particular Patriot litter, I will work with each applicant on a first come, first serve basis upon receipt of the puppy application ( Application, Contract  I will work with the applicant until either a puppy is agreed upon and I receive a written acceptance of my puppy offer by the applicant  or the applicant and/or I determine that there is no suitable puppy that meets the applicant's desires.   Any deposits paid by the applicant at the time the offer is accepted becomes non-refundable.

Once the puppy is selected, the full balance of the payment is due prior to release (or shipment) to the new owner.  If the puppy is to be shipped via commercial transportation, I prefer that the puppy is shipped before 8 weeks of age.  Depending on the time of year, shipment by air transportation may not be possible so arrangements must be made to pick the puppy up.  Any deposits received by Patriot Hill Farm prior to or at the time of  written acceptance from the applicant of a puppy offer, is not refundable.

Pricing:   Dependent on each specific breeding.
